Luxurious New Home…

I purchased a spec home in Yarrabilba in November 2015 from QLD Xact Homes. The quality workmanship is evident from the moment you walk through the door and with luxury inclusions like 9ft ceilings, zoned ducted air-conditioning and porcelain tiles, my home looks even better than a display home.

 

The functional layout and open plan living areas make the home feel spacious and allows lots of natural light in. The well designed kitchen has quality appliances which makes entertaining enjoyable particularly with the open out windows into the large alfresco area.  They really have thought of everything!

 

I have found QLD Xact Homes to be a pleasure to deal with and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to build a luxurious new home which stands out from the rest .

My husband and I bought our QLD Xact Home in November 2015. We love our new home as the layout and positioning on the land is perfect. The home has quality fittings and the attention to detail of finishes are exact and professional.

 

We have no hesitation in recommending to anyone that a home built by Qld Xact Homes will be a home for life!

Very high quality finish…

I recently purchased a house from QLD Xact Homes. I found the quality of the finishes to be of a very high standard, much better than similar homes.  The small attention to detail was greatly appreciated, things like the high ceilings, the hanging rail over the laundry bench, toilet roll holders and towel rails which are absent in many new homes.

 

The home was move in ready, complete with washing line and letter box.  Prior to the completion of the sale the builders met with me at the property, we went through every room and pointed out minor defects which were all rectified prior to the completion of the contract. 

 

I found Corrie and Josh to be helpful, quick to answer any of my questions or concerns and since moving in I have found only one minor defect which they attended to quickly. Tim Balestrieri.

James and I went to see QLD Xact Homes after the purchase of our land had already settled. We had spent a lot of time speaking with other builders and had nearly given up as no one was able to give us what we wanted. After speaking with both Corrie and Josh we were finally able to make some progress towards getting what we wanted for our first home.

 

Throughout the whole process of finalising our plan, making colour selections or design choices we had their support the whole way through offering suggestions or a different perspective on things. We couldn’t be happier with the finishes and quality of our home and are beyond thankful of QLD Xact Homes who made what is an extremely stressful process that little bit better.
