We specialise in custom homes of any budget size and focusing on client satisfaction rather than large volume. We handpick experienced tradesman and reliable suppliers which result in consistent high quality workmanship.

Our service is tailored to the need of each client – you can come to us with your architectural drawings ready to go; or if you haven’t got that far, we can explore your great ideas to design your custom home and guide you through the process to get you started.

Who we are

Josh has been part of the construction industry since 2001. After finishing his apprenticeship as a carpenter he began subcontract work for various builders in the Brisbane area. Over the next 10 years as a subcontractor and then as a builder Josh has gained a broad knowledge base.

Josh has worked across a diverse range of projects types from small investment homes through to larger architecturally designed homes. Josh has a vast amount of building knowledge dealing with projects on difficult sites including narrow, sloped or odd shape blocks. With an eye for detail you can rest assured that all work will be finished to an exacting standard.

Prior to founding QLD Xact Homes with Josh, Corrie worked as an engineer in the mining industry for 8 years. Working across a broad range of roles Corrie’s work experience includes Planning, Scheduling and Project management. Corrie has transferred these skills to all the projects undertaken by QLD Xact Homes to help ensure all projects are managed effectively and delivered on time.

The combined skills of Josh and Corrie enable QLD Xact Homes to deliver homes on time and to a quality exceeding the customers’ expectations.
